Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 6 slices soppressata sausage
- 1 feta cheese
- 8 grape tomatoes
- 1 dijon mustard
Instructions
- Toast 2 slices of bread.
- Take one slice and spread butter, and layer 6 thin slices of soppressata sausage.
- Top with a thin layer of feta cheese.
- Halve 8 small grape tomatoes, and arrange the halves on top of the feta cheese.
- Take the other bread slice, spread butter, followed by a layer of dijon mustard.
- Firmly close the sandwich.
