- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 clove
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cups milk
- 1.5 tsp CTC tea
- 2 tsp sugar
- Grind the cardamom pod, and clove coarsely preferably using a mortar.
- Boil water, and milk in a saucepan.
- Add CTC tea, sugar, and the spice blend.
- Turn up heat, and wait til liquid boils up to reach the rim of the saucepan.
- Reduce heat to make sure the liquid does not boil over.
- Repeat previous 2 steps twice and then turn off heat.
- Use a strainer to filter out the tea and blend. And serve.
