Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 4 tbsp greek yogurt
- to taste salt
- to taste pepper
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp kimchi
- 1 handful potato chips
Instructions
- Fry 2 eggs sunny side up.
- As the eggs are cooking, scoop out 1 avocado into a bowl.
- Add 4 tablespoons of greek yogurt and mash together.
- Season with salt, pepper, and a teaspoon of turmeric.
- Optionally, add 2 tablespoons of kimchi.
- Once the eggs are done, place them on top of the avocado mix.
- Top up with a handful of potato chips.
