Ingredients
- 4 stalks asparagus
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 salt
- 1 pepper
- 1 lemon
- 1 baguette
Instructions

Roast 4 stalks of asparagus in a pan till suitably charred on all sides.

Finish off by splashing some water, and covering the pan on a low flame to steam the stalks.

Mix 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon.

Cut a baguette into the same length as the asparagus stalks. Slice in half and lightly toast.

Butter both slices, and spread the cottage cheese spread on one side.

Place the asparagus stalks on top of the spread and firmly close the sandwich with the other slice.
